Don’t waste your money or time buying this travel insurance.  We were stranded overseas and asked the claims department if we could get a new flight due to airline cancelling the operation last min.  They told us that we are not covered as it is not accidental.  If we want to claim, spend the money first then apply with claims team and they will decide.  Basically it is a cover that covers nothing.  I would give 0 star if it were an option.  Steer clear and stay away

Do not recommend this travel insurance company. I have been dealing with a claim via them for almost 2 months now from the global IT outage. I have submitted multiple documents, countless emails and messages to get into contact and NOTHING in return. Please do not choose this company for insurance.

Our flight from Aus to Naz was cancelled. Had to get 1 extra night accommodation, extra day car hire and uber. Submitted claim upon my return, and was paid out within a few days. Excellent service.

Worst experience I've ever had with an insurer. I was injured in the US during travel in January. Waited 5 months for them to only close my ticket and not reimburse any fees I was charged, after countless emails and no assistance whatsoever. Terrible service and would not recommend to anyone

Disgraceful service, highly do not recommend. Our family where on the Qantas flight that diverted to Baku at Christmas. Still going back and forth with supporting documents from Qantas etc. They want evidence of seats to Christmas Concert weren't used, Photos of empty seats?? What a joke, we where in Baku airport. Won't payout and continue waste time and money hoping we give up. STILL NO CALL FROM WORLD2COVER DESPITE MESSAGE BELOW. HAVE ASSKED FOR MORE SUPPORTING DOCS FROM QANTAS. WE FIGHT ON!
