Ted helped me out with my insurance and was very helpful, informative and polite. He is an Australian in Australia and this makes a big difference when discussing things at length. The pricing was also better than other comparisons such as One Path. Thumbs up to Ted Humbler and Noble Oak.

[ORIGINAL REVIEW] "Unacceptable behavior, I call to discuss my policy and then call to cancel, just to find out they keep running part of my premiums on direct debit! I even have a cancellation email - which they claim is only for part of my cover (doesn't say anywhere, bear in mind!), and they say now it'll take them 3 business day to investigate internally! While I am $300+ out of pocket!
Utterly unacceptable and will escalate this regardless of reimbursement, as this is deceiving, malicious activity!"

I rang NobleOak to get a quote for some policies I was looking to replace overseas as I am now living in Sydney. A nice gentleman named Massi transferred me to an agent to assist with this enquiry.
