NobleOak Life Insurance

Been with them for a few years and the premium has been increasing every single year which is reasonable enough, but when comparing the premium with other insurance companies, they are charging around 40% more.  When asked for a bit of discount or consideration they said I have been given 20% discount already.  So in my calculation, the premium I should pay is almost 70% more than other company's offer not 40%.  Proof of quote given to them.  They do not care!  Do your research and beware of the sharks!

Avoid NobleOak at All Costs

If you love your family and value financial protection, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for insurance. NobleOak has proven to be the most unreliable, and disappointing insurance provider of any kind we have ever dealt with.

Lodged a TPD claim in September 2023. It is now almost end of Feburary 2025, and they are still “assessing” the claim. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of delay. It does not take almost 18 months to process a legitimate claim unless the company is either incompetent, negligent, or deliberately stalling—or likely a combination of all three.

Yet, despite dragging their feet on the claim, NobleOak has no problem taking money from our account on time, every time. They are super-efficient at deducting premiums and an utter failure in fulfilling their end of the agreement when customers actually need support.

To make matters worse, their premium increases are beyond outrageous:
- 2020: $537.69
- 2021: $593.90
- 2022: $690.14
- 2023: $812.60
- 2024: $994.98

In just 48 months, our premiums have nearly doubled. Yep, nearly doubled, for unchanged level of cover!

At this rate, what exactly are we paying for? Definitely not for peace of mind, fair service, or timely claims processing.

There is nothing noble about NobleOak. They are an insurance company in name only—when it comes time to honour their policies, they stall, delay, and frustrate at every turn.

Save yourself the stress and financial strain that Noble Oak provides, and stay away from them.

Thank you NobleOak for making a very difficult time easier. Unfortunately we had to make a terminal illness claim. Your staff were understanding and helpful throughout the claim process and the benefit was paid promptly. Many of our friends have now purchased policies having seen the way everything unfolded.

Update: she passed away January 1st :'(

I have requested a callback multiple times to cancel my policy and no call and they keep debiting my account, I am now taking to the ombudsman

poor consultant about life insurance. I used to be nobleoak customer. when i come back to noble oak to compare price for 3mil cover life insurance. they asked me to fill out reinstatement form which declare you have good health for 3 months after signing if tou have any accidents within 3 months they will refuse to pay . then i register they ask for financial check , medical check bla bla waste my time. the customer services who i spoke to, are very rude, they dont care to customer. the processing application team blamed on sale team . finally i found  another Tal life insurance sort out everything quickly
