Had an amazing experience with the service! Hasani was especially outstanding—she was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive to every detail. She made sure all my needs were met with a smile. Highly recommend!

Booking and checking was a breeze and same at the other end upon return.The whole experience with the Campervan from Sydney to Melbourne was amazing over the last 5 nights. I would thoroughly recommend hiring a Maui with THL.

Rented for a music festival whilst 8 months pregnant. Vehicle was clean and well equipped for us. Drove well and was easy to use right off the bat. Wait times to collect/drop off can get a little hectic, so make sure you allow some extra time. Thanks!

What a waste of:

- energy
- motivation
- temper
- etc.
Very smart to have an area for luggage so the waiting area is not full of luggage.
Good recommendation to go “just round the corner” for a coffee - this is a 10 minute walk.
Upon arrival and being happy and eager to get the motor home 30 minutes wait is easily accepted. This then is the extended with approximately one hour. Energy and motivation is starting to drain out.
Then after a total of 2 hours wait it is informed that the wait is now an additional 40 minutes MAXIMUM.
Through out the process the manager is brought in - verbally only - for consultation and priority of our case. Really poor performance and I feel sorry for the frontline people having to start out with happy customers arriving and turning these into grumpy complaining faces.
By the way,  the 40 minutes MAXIMUM has just passed and we are still waiting.
I may get back with the continuation of our wait - I am however not sure I have the energy nor the motivation to do so.

The lady who did our return was fantastic she was understanding and caring of all our issues and helped us through those relevant to them. She was horrified at some of the omissions from their Adelaide branch.Thank you
