Awesome service. Harry went above and beyond to explain and make the booking and looked after us all the way till the end. Definitely would recommend him to everyone

Would not recommend Liz though. Most rudest customer service person behind desk  avoid at all cost.

We crossed the Nullabor and had a fabulous time.

Service was fantastic, when we got to Melbourne from Brisbane Harry from the rental place was the best, so helpful and happy. Was the best ending to our awesome holiday!

From the initial booking online, the phone calls to the contact centre and branch with my millions of questions, to the picking up and dropping off the Maui Beach motorhome at the Melbourne branch, the full process was very smooth and friendly.

The service was amazing from all the staff we had an interaction with, but a special mention and thank you to Emma at the Melbourne branch who looked after us on both our pick up and drop off. She made us feel comfortable, didn't rush us and made the process even more easier and enjoyable.

The motorhome was very clean and was well equipped for our trip. The videos on the THL app was very useful.
Highly recommend.

Hired one of the older cheaper vehicles (hippie van). The car was a bit worn, but everything worked just perfect. If the price is right, it's a good deal.
