Star Car Wash - Orion Springfield Central

I dropped my car off at 10am for a full detail ($305 with a discount) and picked it up at 3pm (it was ready by 2:30pm). When I arrived, they showed me the interior of the car, but since it was parked in a dimly lit corner of the underground parking, we had to use a phone flashlight. The interior looked mostly fine, but once I got home and examined it more closely, I noticed some issues.

Additionally, I found out that my car had been left running for 3 hours and 40 minutes while it was parked after washing (my dash displays the total running time). Since they had my car for 4 hours and 30 minutes in total, it seems like only about an hour was spent on actual cleaning. This doesn’t seem like enough time for a full detail.

I did provide feedback through their website including photos and they offered to rewash the car. While I appreciate the gesture, I don't think I should have to bring it back for them to do the job right when it should have been done properly the first time.

Walked in without a booking for a full detail ($379) in hopes they could take my car and they did! Took all day (6 hours ish) which is fine given that I was a walk-in, however attention to detail could be a little bit better. Though I do note that they are underground with limited natural light/visibility, especially having to detail my black car. The gentlemen were very friendly and accommodating!

I wish there were negative stars to really show how bad of a job they did including paying extra money for detailing just to hop in the car to find my floors were the only thing done. Feels like a scam and a waste better doing it yourself. Don’t recommend

I think the fact that I didn’t even recognize my car when I went to collect it says it all. Can’t recommend highly enough, outstanding job! Very thorough, nothing I could say to fault, car was glistening in a way I hadn’t seen since I drove it off the showroom floor. Competitive pricing and even had it ready before I requested. I’ll be going back without a doubt. Thank you so much Star Carwash Orion Springfield, you certainly delivered beyond expectation.

Very good service. Car was cleaned out well. They actually came with me and showed inside the car and asked if I was happy with the work.
Definitely would recommend
