I was appalled to find that a $227 bottle of red wine had been served to my table in a bucket of ice. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a fundamental lack of proper wine service knowledge. It is embarrassing. Management, please review the attached photo showing the bottle and ice bucket. This is not a cheap bottle, your second most expensive on the menu, and staff should be better trained to handle such items.

Lovely place for a happy hour drink on the way to a show. Nice hidden away location. Great view of George street.

All staff members except one was excellent. The atmosphere at the dance floor and bar had great larger spaces, the DJ was awesome with the songs that people knew all so familiar. The one thing that really disappoints me on the night was one of female staff member was so rude, aggressive, and disrespectfully asking about the reservation. She swore to one of my friends face, and didn't sincerely apologise for her foul language as she walked away. Gratefully, minutes later, a male staff member approached up respectfully and kindly ask about the reservation to be double checked. Besides that, it was good night. I would've rated a 4 or 5 if the female staff member who had a poor attitude of her service swores at my mate face then apologize it for what she said instead of walked away and wrote a complaint statement of the situation.

A great spot for Friday night for important professional dancers and sophisticated men and women from all round the world Heritage. Bring out the creativity in you for your serious dance vibe. Not for the  pretentious. Enjoy 😉 .

We went just to have a drink before our booking at THe GLASS and was the best decision we could have taken! I recommend this place 100% for a drink whilst enjoying a nice city view!
It has indoor and outdoor and they also have a Food Menu!
