I’ve been a customer for years and have always appreciated the quality of service and products.

I recently had an issue with one of my orders (caused by Austpost not Adore) and Tristan from Adore went above and beyond to ensure I received my delivery in time.

I was a dedicated customer prior to Quadrant Private Equity taking over. As with the majority of private equity takeovers, service became subpar, and this was not the fault of the remaining staff. Private equity firms take over and then gut companies. And that is the end of the story for Adore Beauty. What a shame for what was a fantastic Australian company

I have been using this company buying beauty products for a while. Initially it was quick and easy and the customer service was great. But everything goes downhill since this year. The parcel takes more than a month to arrive, the website takes ages to load with my fast speed internet. After all the marking around placing the order, they randomly cancel the order and ask you to pay again and reorder. Not sure what happened but with all the trouble I had this year I’m no longer using them again. The customer service became so unhelpful that they are not willing to solve any trouble except asking you to reorder. With this kind of attitude, your business doom to fail.

recently bought online and got the item in less than 48 hours from the time it was purchased.

now, I’m going to evaluate if the product really works - k18.

i highly recommend purchasing it even online. the service is really superb. looking forward to buy more than you. thanks for sending the parcel to my address safely and the product was in good condition.

Ordered a gift for my sons birthday on Monday afternoon because they said 1-3 days express delivery but I got an email saying it will arrive the following Monday so not happy that I don’t have a present for my son on his birthday now.  They can’t blame the postage system as I’ve ordered other things a day later and receiving it today by normal post.  What happened to 1-3 days express?
