I really should have read some of the reviews of this company before I purchased. There are so many people who have had bad experiences with this company and I am certainly one of them. I have edited this review to warn you to not purchase from this company. And no amount of Tim Tams are going to make up for it!

Go to Sephora or Mecca, you spend the same amount of money and get professional advice as opposed to the lame excuse for advice you get here.

I purchased a mascara from this company based on a review they did of their own products. The mascara was terrible. After having to pay to return the products I was going to be left with $30 out of the $80 I spent.
This company is a complete waste of my time and money. I won’t be using them again.
Do not buy this mascara! And personally, I wouldn’t pay attention to their reviews!

Genuinely sad to write this review. After using Adore Beauty regularly for many years, I think it is time to break up. My last package was delivered by "Go People" to the WRONG address. I received no delivery notification, so had no idea it had been delivered.

Only for a lovely, kind woman at the wrong address calling me, I would not have been able to get it. When I raised this with customer service, they kept misunderstanding me, telling me that my package was sent back to the depot and would be out soon.

After three emails back and forth, I have simply given up. I feel like they have switched from other delivery providers, maybe Aus Post, to cheaper options, and when I am spending significant money, I expect better service levels/explanations/customer service. So sadly, after so many years, this is me breaking up with Adore Beauty.

Spent 35. Minutes doing a late night shoo snd just about to check out when I get this robot question. It would h let me proceed and kept asking me to repeat. No matter how many times I did it it refreshed it wouldn’t let me proceed. Off to Sephora I go. What a waste of time.

DON"T USE THIS COMPANY - they do not stand beside you as a cusotmer. After using Adore for a couple of years now and thinking you were great I have just had the biggest let down. I purchased $400 that was never delivered.  Spent time on your so called help chat to no use at all - no response, completely ignored. I can;t believe your bad service.

I’ve been a customer for years and have always appreciated the quality of service and products.

I recently had an issue with one of my orders (caused by Austpost not Adore) and Tristan from Adore went above and beyond to ensure I received my delivery in time.
