The website scammed me on a Kerastase 3 pack and then refused to take any responsibility. They offered me a $5 voucher as compensation which I immediately declined. Original advertisement stated three full size products and then suddenly changed to a travel size only after I received it in the mail. The person in the chat called me a liar (Joan) but refused to provide any proof. They also conveniently had these products removed from the website after I ordered. I’ve deactivated my account and will not be purchasing anything from adore ever again. I’d also like to note I was never offered a refund even though their site has a guarantee.

Genuinely sad to write this review. After using Adore Beauty regularly for many years, I think it is time to break up. My last package was delivered by "Go People" to the WRONG address. I received no delivery notification, so had no idea it had been delivered.

Only for a lovely, kind woman at the wrong address calling me, I would not have been able to get it. When I raised this with customer service, they kept misunderstanding me, telling me that my package was sent back to the depot and would be out soon.

After three emails back and forth, I have simply given up. I feel like they have switched from other delivery providers, maybe Aus Post, to cheaper options, and when I am spending significant money, I expect better service levels/explanations/customer service. So sadly, after so many years, this is me breaking up with Adore Beauty.

I really should have read some of the reviews of this company before I purchased. There are so many people who have had bad experiences with this company and I am certainly one of them. I have edited this review to warn you to not purchase from this company. And no amount of Tim Tams are going to make up for it!

Go to Sephora or Mecca, you spend the same amount of money and get professional advice as opposed to the lame excuse for advice you get here.

I purchased a mascara from this company based on a review they did of their own products. The mascara was terrible. After having to pay to return the products I was going to be left with $30 out of the $80 I spent.
This company is a complete waste of my time and money. I won’t be using them again.
Do not buy this mascara! And personally, I wouldn’t pay attention to their reviews!

Spent 35. Minutes doing a late night shoo snd just about to check out when I get this robot question. It would h let me proceed and kept asking me to repeat. No matter how many times I did it it refreshed it wouldn’t let me proceed. Off to Sephora I go. What a waste of time.

I have been using this company buying beauty products for a while. Initially it was quick and easy and the customer service was great. But everything goes downhill since this year. The parcel takes more than a month to arrive, the website takes ages to load with my fast speed internet. After all the marking around placing the order, they randomly cancel the order and ask you to pay again and reorder. Not sure what happened but with all the trouble I had this year I’m no longer using them again. The customer service became so unhelpful that they are not willing to solve any trouble except asking you to reorder. With this kind of attitude, your business doom to fail.
