Excellent service!

I came here twice last week. The first time, Sophia (Sophie?) helped me and was so so helpful and kind! Then, I came back two days later and Emily helped me. So sweet as well! Both ladies were so helpful and wonderful. I had such a wonderful experience here both times and bought a couple things. I'm tempted to come back and buy more- they were so courteous and patient with my questions.

So worth it to come in in person. I saw a couple things I liked online, but in person I bought some other things as well....careful. The same thing might happen to you! The Christmas sale is incredible!

I got two times into the store to ask for something I liked online and both yimes people were so nice and patient with me, explaining me what I could need to know about I wanted to get. So nice experience, I highly recommend the customer service of this shop I have visited another one but this one is the best. Thanks to the staff

Yesterday, I visited your Warriewood store to see a ring in person, as I believe that at this price point, it’s reasonable to view and try it before purchasing. Unfortunately, the Warriewood store did not have the ring in stock and advised me that the Central store did. Based on the information on your website, I left the Northern Beaches in the afternoon and traveled an hour to Sydney Central.

Upon arrival, I spent 30 minutes searching for the store, only to meet others who were also struggling to locate it. Despite asking multiple people for directions, no one could help us. To make matters worse, I called the store five times during this time, hoping for assistance, but no one answered. Another customer I met was also trying to call the store multiple times without success.

As a result, we (me and the other customer) decided to head to the Broadway store, hoping they might have the ring (and the other customer’s item as well). Unfortunately, the Broadway store did not have the ring in stock either. The staff there informed me that the ring was indeed available at the Sydney Central store. When I asked for clarification on its location, they explained that the store is in Pitt Street Mall near Town Hall, not at the location indicated on your website.

I then traveled from Broadway to Town Hall and, after another extended search, finally located the shop and the ring. During this visit, I was told that the incorrect location has already been reported to Google. However, as someone who works in digital marketing and website development, I believe the issue lies in how the location is displayed on your website, not solely with Google.

This misleading information and the lack of responsiveness from your staff caused significant inconvenience, wasting 4 hours of my time and incurring additional costs for public transport. To improve the experience for future customers, I suggest including clearer location details, such as “Pitt Street Westfield, Ground Floor, next to [store],” directly on your website.

Additionally, ensuring your stores are responsive to phone calls would save customers a great deal of frustration.

The store managers here are just lovely and helpful. I had a prickly order and they were very helpful in sorting me out despite how busy it was
