I've rated this company 5 star simply to alert you to the fact the majority of the 5 stars are either bots, bought and paid for, or the company itself pounding away at the keyboard, keeping the rating high.

If you desire the truth about this sham insurance scam, read the 1 stars first because we're the policy holders they've screwed over.
Their complaints dept is a cul-de-sac of absolutely frustrating nonsense they automotically read off the screen in front of them like robots, verbatim.

It never goes anywhere and is simply lip service whilst you waste your time and effort chasing paperwork they asked for only for them to disregard it.

LIP SERVICE.

And Rachael - same name, same excuses and likely a cut/copy/paste response for nearly every negative review. I would be ashamed to have (owner) next to my name for this scam company.

Go through a reputable travel insurance company as this one should be renamed, "Inhale your money and go."

ZERO STARS!!!

I used Insure and Go for a recent trip. I’m always very wary when I travel to the US and don’t necessarily trust the insurance that comes on my Credit Card. The process was very straight forward and transparent. Will definitely use them again.

We were researching travel insurance and as yearly travellers were very disillusioned with all the ones we've used in the past.
We came across InsureandGo and were very impressed with the positive reviews, the levels of cover provided and the overall cost.
We purchased two policies for travel next year and I'm sure we've found our go-to travel insurance for all future trips. We recommended them to friends and family who have also taken out policies with them.
We hope to not need to make any claim but according to reviews this would be a seamless process anyway.
The online process of purchasing policies was quick, easy, efficient. Relieved to have found a company with integrity.

Paid for a holiday in Vanuatu, accommodation was a house that I booked over a year ago to allow my adult children and grandchildren the opportunity to come overseas for Christmas and new year. My children were unsure if they could afford it or get time off of work. I booked the house regardless as it would be a beautiful stay for my husband and I. The earthquake that happened was devastating news but on the bright side after being advised by both our accomodation and flights that all was cancelled, we thought gladly we added natural disaster to our insurance and being it covered up to $15,000, we felt relief. No this didn't end up the case. We were only given back the money for 2 people for both the accommodation which houses 8 and for a boat tour that houses 12. Apparently, even though I checked and followed the guide to the pages I was prompted to for checking my coverage was as it should be, insure and go declined the full amount saying on pg 19 there is an exclusion of being refunded money we paid for others not listed on our policy. Even after it was explained my family were unsure if they could come. They all had passports and would have to save for flights, spending money and their own insurance if they could make it. This made no difference what so ever. Extremely disappointed as out of $12,585 we received just over $2600 after they took out our excess.
I disagree with their reasoning and feel like we are just another number in a greedy corporate world that will twist words to suit themselves and reduce the amount of payouts on policies people protect themselves by paying for. I urge everyone before getting insurance to call and have a recording of the conversation to check variables. Remember just because you do what you're advised doesn't guarantee you'll get your money back.

I have used InsureandGo many times in the past and have two current policies with them for trips this year.
I have not had to make a claim so far, but the process to book with them is easy and quick, not confusing or time consuming. All the information is easy to access and easy to find, the policy appears to cover everything I require, I would happily recommend the company if you are looking for a good coverage, easy to navigate online travel policy.
