Luckily we didn’t need to claim on the policy but it is always nice to have it if you need it. We did get stuck in Asheville when Hurricane Helene roared in. Sadly when I rang the insurance hot line for advice all the call centre person could do was recite the policy wording with ability to escalate to someone with knowledge or authority.
No help at all.

Easy to get the insurance online. Good price too. We had to fly back from Thailand unexpectantly due to a family medical emergency and had to cancel old flight and  book tickets at the last moment that were costly.  Claimed the fare from Insure and Go and they were quick to respond (thanks to Florence - Claim manager)  kept me up to date with how my claim was progressing and paid the fare. Overall a very good experience.

We were booked to go to Asia in September for a land and river cruise holiday. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to a sad family situation. I submitted the claim easily online and we were assigned Brock as our claims officer   Brock was very helpful both via telephone and email. We were refunded for the whole amount minus the small excess
We have now rebooked our holiday and have insured again with Insure and Go again.

Very good customer service. Was able to have my policy processed efficiently over the phone. This was due to coverage for health issues not listed when trying to book the policy online. I have used InsureandGo many times and would recommend.

Good quote but after purchasing the policy i needed to modify some details . This has not been resolved. The representative decided to write up a new policy with amended info but then quoted me $100s more. I am anxious for this to be resolved.
