The collection at Brisbane and handover at Sydney was hassle free and quick. After driving couple of Kms figured out the cabinetry was loose and making unbearable noise. Took it back and they fixed it with a smile wit in an hour.
Staff was amazing to deal with.
We had a perfect Holiday and taking away great memories.

Terrifying experience.
For 8 days I rented the Apollo camper van (Plus series) with air conditioning, solar panels, bathroom and shower... in short, everything I needed to be comfortable during my family trip along the Australian coast.
But the camper van which at the pick-up seemed clean, (this was also my fault, I was excited about the trip I was going to take with my family and so I wasn't careful) was dirty, dust accumulated in the corners, sheets and towels that stank, dirty crockery, but what was more serious was that during the trip we could smell a stench of pee. At the first stop, we noticed that the toilet was leaking from the cassette.
I checked the toilet compartment and it was completely dirty and the cassette was not clean.
I immediately wrote an e-mail enclosing photos and received a reply after 24 hours. I had to clean everything.
In addition, the flush was not working and water was accumulating inside the toilet.
Absurd. It was not worth going back to the office and returning it or asking for a change because we had already travelled a few kilometres. Basically, we had a broken toilet.
So we had to rearrange our destinations and book in campsites equipped for the use of the toilet and shower.
You cannot imagine the situation having a small child. It was very boring and disappointing.
I wrote three more times only to receive a reply on the penultimate day telling me to speak to them when they delivered. Come this day, nobody knew anything, all they could tell me was that everything worked for them at the time of collection and that they would give me , total $235 back. And that they could do nothing else. Absurd!
You can tell they don't check thoroughly.
As for me, maybe I was unlucky, but I would absolutely not recommend this type of camper and the company that runs it. I will not recommend it to anyone, even if it turns out to be the first company in Australia.
There is better...

Brilliant way to see the country and it's countryside. You can see places around Australia travelling via a campervan. You will find beautiful places you would see when you are flying from one destination to another. We use the Apollo 2 berth campervan and it's amazing accommodation on wheels. You have a toilet and shower, kitchen, fridge, lounge area which you can convert to a queen size bed at night.  All the essentials are packed in a small space. Will do this again ☺️

Recommend the relocation deal. Great way to have a nice quick holiday, see Australia on the very cheap.. $1 buck per day. Brilliant! Sometimes they even pay some fuel costs. Quick and easy check in and check out👍Thanks guys!

We had an amazing experience returning our camper van at the drop-off station. Alejandro was especially fantastic, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each step of the return with a great attitude. It was evident he truly cares about providing a positive experience for customers. The whole team was efficient and welcoming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better end to our trip.
