they have already taken all the money from me so we all done. After using the car, they charged me for toll fees and other expenses in a few days. So why do you keep secretly taking $5 or $10 weeks later without any notice? Delete all my personal information and card details completely and irreversibly.

They take about 20~30 minutes for pickup. I had to stay in the cold for quite a while. After deliberating for a few days, I chose a Hyundai, but upon arrival, I received a small Japanese car.

The best car rental company in Sydney! Easy and stress free service, this is the second time we use the service in Mascot branch (sydney airport), friendly and kind service especially i want to say thank you very much to LISA, she is very caring person and always really helpful to us and explained all the important and details information. 2 days ago we went for 1 day trip to Bathurst and when we pickup our car i am so happy cause they provided us a new car! (2024 toyota corolla hybrid-5000km only), love the car and love the services from East Coast Car rentals team!, also during returning the car was very easy procedure. Seems to be the best option if renting from Sydney airport. Shuttle bus was very quick.  Their prices seem much lower than the competition however once you add on the insurance the price can increase by 70%.  Car was great, new Toyota with driving assist features like lane keeping and adaptive cruise control which is so helpful on the motorways.

I made the reservation online 2 days before the rental started. The branch was easy to find and everyone very helpful.
Loved the electric Polestar 2 I rented and the shuttle buses from airport to the branch are very helpful.
No hidden fees and the contract were very clear to understand.

Hands down the best car rental service I’ve ever used.
The details were provided properly at the time of pick up and it was very prompt. The car delivered to us - a polestar 2 was in terrific condition, well maintained and super clean. I had no issues with the car on my trip whatsoever.
The return was just as very quick too, took only about a minute.
Even got my deposit released immediately.
Everything- from the car to their service to the people were 5/5. Highly recommended!
